In summary, the Alaris Medley 8110 Syringe Pump Module is designed to provide a high level of safety, accuracy, and efficiency in syringe-based medication infusion.
The Alaris Medley Point of Care System combines a single point-of-care unit featuring Guardrails Suite MX safety software with IV / LVP, PCA Syringe, Syringe, respiratory monitoring (SpO2 and EtCO2), and barcoding capabilities.
This central ‘brain’ allows other modules to connect to it. It has a color screen, wireless capabilities, and is user-friendly.
The Syringe system uses a pressure sensing dispenser to reduce the infusion time and allow for precise infusions. Using the drug library system software accurate delivery of dosages can be delivered to the patient. The Alaris 8110 can be used for all patients including adults, pediatrics, and neonates.
