Valkyrie Ankle Block Simulator facilitates knowledge and skills acquisition to perform Ankle Block, allows injection practice, and teaches ultrasound Ankle anatomy recognition and needle-eye coordination to safely guide needle insertion.

The simulator includes a rotatable stand that allows the simulator to be orientated and locked into the desired position for each ankle block.

• Supported Blocks: Peroneal, Tibeal, Sural, Saphenous
• External Landmarks: Tibia; Lateral malleolus; Medial malleolus; Side of the foot; Dorsus of the foot.
• Internal Anatomy: Tibial nerve; Peroneal nerves (superficial and deep); Sural nerve; Saphenous nerve; Posterior and anterior tibial artery and vein; Tibia Fibula; Medial malleolus

Realistic Scanning

Cast from human anatomy, MiniSim includes realistic external landmarks and internal anatomy.  MiniSim vessels do not require filling, emptying, and cleaning that can create vessel contamination affecting visualization. Internal anatomically and proportionally correct structures closely mimic human anatomy scans.
