Wallcur Practi-Hydromorphone (for training). In addition to being one of the most difficult-to-handle vial sizes, your students are now able to practice a variety of clinical scenarios with the simulated version of the opioid, hydromorphone, that is derived from morphine and used mainly as an analgesic, but that has a shorter duration of action and is more potent than morphine.
